Water

Building and improving critical infrastructure for our communities.

Safe and reliable water and wastewater treatment facilities are essential to healthy and vibrant communities. Across North America, municipalities, developers, and private companies turn to Alberici for our expertise in the construction of critical water and wastewater treatment infrastructure. We execute this work in collaboration with our operating companies including CAS Constructors, Filanc and WWPS.

With more than 70 years of experience building water and wastewater treatment plants, Alberici’s expertise includes new plants and renovations within active facilities. Our team has extensive experience with alternative delivery including traditional design-build, progressive design-build, and CM-at-Risk. Our team brings expertise in new plant construction and understands the complexities of building within operational plants.

We provide the right tools to control schedule and cost and have the ability to self-perform critical scopes of work such as process pipe and equipment installation, yard piping, concrete placement, and structural steel fabrication and erection. With our experience as a builder and our collaborative mindset, we work closely with our clients and leading engineers to understand the project objectives and develop optimal solutions to water and wastewater infrastructure needs.
