Nestlé Purina PetCare’s facility in Hartwell, Georgia, needed to add three new lines to enhance manufacturing capabilities. The pivotal element was the construction of a sizable 500,000 SF building, amplifying processing, packaging, and warehousing capacities. This complex design-build project demanded efficient procurement, seamless installation, and integration of two new production lines within an existing structure. The challenge was compounded by the need for speed, aligning with Nestlé Purina PetCare’s imperative to swiftly meet the burgeoning demands of the pet food industry.
