This new-construction, 240,000 SF facility needed to meet strict standards for visibility, energy efficiency, and safety while accommodating the specific manufacturing processes required for critical automotive lighting components. The facility needed to accommodate manufacturing processes such as blow molding, electrodeposition and multicolor injection molding of complex lens components, which would then be assembled into today’s modern transportation lighting systems. The facility included office, manufacturing, assembly and distribution spaces.

Leveraging our expertise in automotive manufacturing from previous successful projects, Alberici carefully planned and equipped the facility with specialized equipment for blow
molding, electrodeposition, and multicolor injection molding of complex lens components. This enabled the production of advanced lighting components that embody high visibility,
energy efficiency, safety features and sleek styling.
Through effective collaboration and execution with our design-build partners and Stanley leadership, the Alberici joint venture successfully delivered the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This new plant empowers Stanley Electric to meet increasing demand for advanced lighting components, contributing to safer and more energy-efficient vehicles on the road.
