The challenge

For two decades, Alberici’s work at Ford’s prolific F-150 assembly plant has included self-performance and construction management of robot and tooling installations, building additions, structural improvements, site work, general maintenance, and electrical and mechanical upgrades.

With continuous operations and the need for ongoing capital improvements and maintenance projects, Alberici had to ensure seamless coordination and execution while
maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Challenge met

Maintaining a daily presence at the 4.7 million SF facility, Alberici promptly addressed unplanned critical production issues while strategizing then executing planned capital projects. Our daily maintenance work helped the client’s leaders make informed decisions for short- and long-term capital expenditures.

Managing over $200 million in construction as the Construction Commodities Manager (CCM), Alberici executed complex projects with seamless coordination. We navigated major shutdowns, completing $13 million in renovations within 12 weeks without disrupting adjacent production lines.

We strengthened our client relationship through performance, which led to four new successful product launches. Our dedication to continuous improvement allowed them to
