Tony Stahlschmidt and Aaron Walsh Named to ENR Midwest’s 2026 Top Young Professionals Class
 
		We are proud to announce that Tony Stahlschmidt and Aaron Walsh have been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) Midwest as part of its 2026 Top Young Professionals class. This honor celebrates exceptional individuals under 40 who are making a significant impact in construction, design, and engineering industries across the Midwest.
Tony serves as Vice President and Market Leader for Kienlen Constructors, Alberici’s self-perform division. He began his career with Alberici as an intern and has since advanced through multiple leadership roles, including General Manager for Leonard Masonry, Alberici’s masonry subsidiary, where he led 385 percent revenue growth between 2019 and 2024. As the executive in charge of Kienlen, Tony continues to strengthen Alberici’s self-perform capabilities and commitment to operational excellence.
Aaron serves as Vice President and Market Leader for Alberici’s Automotive Market, overseeing a $450 million market. Since joining Alberici in 2010, he has led transformative growth in the automotive sector, including Alberici’s largest-ever contract – the $3 billion NextStar Energy electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility in Windsor, Ontario. Aaron’s leadership has expanded Alberici’s client base, improved business processes, and positioned the company at the forefront of North America’s evolving EV supply chain.
Their recognition by ENR Midwest reflects not only their personal achievements but also the strength of Alberici’s culture of leadership, innovation, and excellence.
