$34 Million
Addition to a 1983 facility built by Alberici
Challenge met
The St. Louis market and close proximity of the Wentzville Plant to Alberici resources created geographic synergies. First, our steel fabrication facility and equipment yard is located about 30 minutes from the plant. This effectively expanded our available space for readying equipment and preparing material. We performed local steel fabrication in concert with trade and project leaders. For the paint shop project and many other projects at Wentzville Assembly, Alberici leveraged our corporate office space to hold off-site trainings, orientations, and to support just-in-time deliveries and activities.
With extensive institutional expertise from the original 1983 plant construction, Alberici delivered tailored solutions while effectively coordinating resources to meet budget and
each deadline.
Renovations in the paint shop improved throughput and efficiency with bespoke shop installations paired with upgraded conveyor systems.
