Challenge met
As the design-build contractor, Alberici collaborated with key partners to construct a state-of-the-art facility that included manufacturing, office, and warehouse spaces with integrated cleanrooms and laboratories. Alberici ensured compliance with Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanroom standards for contamination control. To promote sustainability, reduce the plant’s carbon footprint, and lower operational costs, the facility was designed with energy-efficient features, including a geothermal loop field and water source heat pumps. Due to our excellent performance during construction, Alberici was entrusted with a second phase of the project, constructing additional manufacturing space, three cleanrooms, and a solvent waste storage building. The project’s success contributed to Brewer Science’s growth in the microelectronics industry.
