Jeanine Engle Named Among St. Louis Region’s Most Influential Business Women of 2025 

We are proud to announce that Jeanine Engle, Senior Vice President and Market Leader of Hillsdale Fabricators, has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Business Women of 2025 by the St. Louis Business Journal. This impressive award highlights Jeanine’s remarkable leadership, commitment to excellence, and her significant contributions to both Alberici and the greater St. Louis community.

With over 23 years at Alberici, Jeanine began as an intern in 2002 and now leads one of the nation’s largest steel fabrication operations. She oversees all aspects of Hillsdale’s work, including estimating, engineering, detailing, and a union workforce of about 80 craft professionals. Her team completes nearly 250,000 work hours each year in a 250,000 square foot fabrication facility in north St. Louis.

Jeanine’s commitment extends far beyond the jobsite. She leads an annual breast cancer fundraiser at Hillsdale that’s raised over $7,500 for local charities, brings STEM programs and hands-on engineering experiences to local Girl Scouts and students, and volunteers her time mentoring young women in construction. As a founding member of Alberici’s G.R.O.W. group, Jeanine continues to advocate for the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women across the company.
