Inspiring the Next Generation: Caitlin Huber Shares Opportunities in Construction with Local Educators

On January 30, Caitlin Huber represented Alberici at Women at the Table, a professional learning network dedicated to empowering female educational leaders. Speaking to more than 80 local school administrators and educators, Caitlin shared her journey in the construction industry, highlighting the challenges of being one of the few women in her construction management program and the opportunities for women in construction careers.

During her presentation, Caitlin reflected on how the industry has evolved and how Alberici has fostered a culture of mentorship and inclusion, supporting the professional growth of women in construction.
