Rick Kayser provides executive oversight of Alberici’s steel construction and self-perform capabilities, in addition to facilities, equipment, warehouse, and maintenance operations. Rick is also the executive sponsor of college recruiting and operations training initiatives throughout the company. Rick has over 23 years of experience with Alberici, having served in multiple project management and leadership roles.
Personal
Rick and his wife, Rachel, have two teenage daughters who keep them busy with their activities. Family trips are an important way to be together without schedules getting in the way. In his remaining “spare time,” Rick enjoys reading, being outside, hunting, traveling, and music.
