Peter Kozicz brings a diverse business background and executive perspective to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Alberici Corporation.
Prior to his current role, Peter served as President and CEO of Flintco, an Alberici company, for eight years. During his tenure, he worked closely with the executive leadership team to implement a collaborative strategic vision. His sustained focus on safety, quality, and financial performance, along with a deep interest in improving historically low productivity rates for our industry, has produced compelling operational results with the adoption of LeanEdge and the continued emphasis of Alberici’s industry-leading safety program. Peter remains a member of Flintco’s Board of Directors while also serving the greater Alberici enterprise.
Peter’s more than 30 years of executive experience in multibillion-dollar organizations informs his pursuit of geographic and strategic market sector expansion with a commitment to foster continuous improvement in all facets of the business. Recognizing that the quality of Alberici’s people is vital to our continued success, Peter believes in empowering leaders at every level throughout the greater Alberici enterprise.
Personal
Peter enjoys being on the water sailing, power boating, and saltwater fishing. He started rowing competitively in high school and college and reclaimed his true passion for the sport after moving to Austin in 2016, where Flintco has an office and the rowing conditions are ideal. Rowing has taken him around the U.S. and Europe competing and training for Master Class regattas with Chinook Performance Racing, including the Masters Henly on the Thames River in London, the Heineken Regatta in Amsterdam, and several more throughout the U.S., where he won 15 national championships.
