Patricia Coleman joined Alberici in 2023 as vice president of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). As a strategic leader, she champions the firm’s commitment to recruiting and retaining a diverse, talented workforce. Pat leads our commitment to community engagement efforts, connecting with and supporting disadvantaged businesses in the areas we serve.
She oversees Alberici University, our training program for small businesses, helping them develop the expertise to build sustainable growth.
Pat is also author of the book Overcoming: Living Our Best Life in Spite Of.
Personal
Pat and her husband, Harold, are empty nesters and enjoy traveling together. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book and walking outside when the weather permits. She loves watching the NBA and visiting a game in person annually. She has a close-knit family and quarterly cooks a soul food dinner where they gather at her home. Her favorite title to date is “Granny.”
