Alberici Names Bill Cronin Vice President and Market Leader

Cronin to Lead Growth and Operations in Alberici’s Energy Market

ST. LOUIS — Alberici has named Bill Cronin vice president and market leader, energy. In this role, he will lead strategy, business development and operations for Alberici’s expanding energy market.

Cronin brings nearly four decades of experience in vertically integrated utilities, TVA, and Day & Zimmermann, spanning nuclear, fossil, hydro and gas generation, transmission and major capital projects. He has led large fossil fuel-fired plants, directed TVA’s internal fleet services business, and most recently served as vice president of major capital projects at Day & Zimmermann, with responsibility for U.S. fossil and Canadian nuclear, renewable and gas operations, including oversight of a $1.6 billion capital program.

“Demand across the energy sector continues to accelerate as clients invest in resilient and reliable infrastructure,” said Jose Garcia, president of Alberici Constructors, Inc. “This is a complex and rapidly evolving market that requires both deep technical knowledge and broad, cross-sector expertise. Bill’s leadership, industry insight, and commitment to operational excellence make him an outstanding addition to our team. He will play a key role in expanding our capabilities and building on our strong legacy across this critical and dynamic market.”

Alberici has delivered complex energy projects across North America for over 50 years, including large-scale combined-cycle power plants, gas turbine installations, balance-of-plant construction, critical infrastructure upgrades for fossil fuel generation facilities, and renewable energy programs including utility-scale solar.

“I’m excited to join Alberici at a time of significant opportunity in the energy market,” Cronin said. “Alberici’s reputation for tackling complex projects with a strong safety culture and collaborative approach is unmatched. I look forward to working with the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients and continue growing our energy capabilities.”

Cronin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Rosemont College. He has also completed executive education at Vanderbilt University and the Wharton School, along with advanced training in nuclear instruction, project management and operations leadership.
