Under a design-build contract, an Alberici joint venture is nearing completion on a new multiphase automotive component plant for Y-Tec Keylex Mexico (YKM) that produces motor vehicle parts and accessories for Mazda. The 317,500-square-foot manufacturing facility consists of a press plant, general assembly plant, paint shop and administration building.
The project team included members from Japan, Mexico and the United States. Construction Documents and meetings were presented in three languages, with multi-lingual project team members assisting with translation.
