The Alberici team at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital recently held a safety lunch, celebrating both a stellar safety record on site and signing the OSHA Partnership Agreement.
The OSHA Partnership Agreement establishes a collaborative relationship between Alberici and the St. Louis area OSHA office. Through this partnership, both groups work together to establish specific goals, strategies, and performance measures to improve worker safety and health.
On hand to sign the agreement included representatives from OSHA, Alberici, SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, The Building and Construction Trades Council, the Carpenters District Council of Greater St. Louis and Vicinity, and the Eastern Missouri Laborers’ District Council.
This partnership represents one of only 55 active partnerships nationwide. Alberici, as a member of the ACW Alliance, previously had a OSHA Partnership Agreement on the BJC WUMC Campus Renewal project.
In addition to celebrating the start of the OSHA Partnership Agreement, the team celebrated its strong safety performance to date and thanking the team for their part in the strong Safety Culture and hard work thus far.
SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is a replacement hospital campus for SSM Health. The project will include the construction of a new 316-bed, 802,000-square-foot hospital, an ambulatory care center, precast parking structure, electrical substation and central utility plant.
