Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant Construction Commodities Manager
- Location:Claycomo, Missouri, USA

Alberici is the Construction Commodities Manager (CCM) for the Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant. Starting in this role in 1998, Alberici’s performance has led Ford to renew the contract each subsequent year. The Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant, home of the F-150, produces more vehicles than any other manufacturing facility in the United States.
As the CCM, Alberici maintains a daily presence on site and has managed more than $200 million in construction at the plant, including four product launches. Alberici has performed a vast array of construction services at the 4.7 million-square-foot facility, including robot and tooling installations, building additions, structural improvements, site work, general maintenance, and electrical and mechanical upgrades.
The facility also produces the Ford Transit. The launch of this vehicle required significant facility modifications due to the complexity of the vehicle and its associated model options.
As a result of day-to-day response to critical production issues, successful product launches and consistent execution of safe and cost-effective work, Ford and Alberici have built a strong relationship at the Kansas City Assembly Plant.
