In order to manage a project, you have to know what it takes to get the work done.    Alberici's ability to self-perform in six different trades enables us to better manage a project, whether or not we actually perform the work.   When we do self-perform, we make sure we do so without compromising the confidentiality or legitimacy of competitive subcontractor bids and that we maintain a level of fairness for those specific trades.

On average, Alberici self-performs nearly 40 percent of a project in the following areas:

  • Concrete foundations and flat work
  • Concrete piling and steel pile driving
  • Precast concrete fabrication and erection
  • Steel structure fabrication and erection
  • Miscellaneous metals fabrications and erection
  • Large welded ductwork
  • Equipment rigging and crane service
  • Millwright and equipment setting
  • Pre-manufactured building erection
  • Large boiler erections
  • General construction in the following trades:  carpenters, laborers, teamsters, cement masons
