Alberici and LEED®

Alberici is committed to providing leadership in green building across all markets of influence and is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the Green Building Initiative and the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Building Council.
One of Alberici’s best examples of sustainable design and construction is our headquarters at 8800 Page Avenue in St. Louis - the world’s only LEED® Platinum and 4 Green Globes certified building. To find out more about the transformation of 8800 Page, click here to read the press release entitled “Alberici Corporation Builds Green.”
Alberici resources include a number of LEED® Accredited Professionals (LEED® APs) across all roles in the Alberici organization. They work with construction management teams as a resource to ensure the success of LEED® by coordinating the building design effort, managing the value engineering and enhancement efforts, providing oversight during the specification development, coordination all LEED® submission efforts and providing industry influencers an understanding of the LEED® certification process. Alberici also supports the Green Building Initiative’s mission to bring green building practices to the mainstream of residential and commercial construction through participation in the GBI’s leadership and technical committees.
Alberici has quickly became a recognized leader in green building practices in the Midwest by providing unsurpassed design, procurement and construction services. As interest in sustainable building increases, Alberici stands ready with in-house expertise and management tools necessary to deliver world class, high performance facilities.
