Alberici Constructors Ltd. delivers Facilities Management services to the automotive, industrial, energy/power and infrastructure and building markets in Canada.  This program provides single source project management for maintenance and capital projects.  Facilities Management allows us to become an extension of an Owner's maintenance, purchasing and engineering departments, and puts the strength of our experience to work so the Owner can concentrate on core business issues.

Alberici will outline budgets and produce clearly defined scopes of work to reduce contractor's contingencies and extras claimed during service delivery.  We assume all risk for cost, schedule, quality and safety on your project.  We provide a protective contractual barrier and will handle procurement and project administration, delivering comprehensive results at an affordable cost.

Our program will help an Owner set benchmarks for maintenance and capital project costs.  We'll deliver accurate industry project cost data along with discounted cash flow analysis, return-on-investment rates and payback schedules.  These statistics can be used to set target reductions from year to year, and monitor awards given to each contractor, eliminating those that are not competitive.
