On Friday, March 10th, Alberici celebrated our 20+ year relationship with SSM Health Care by planting a tree in their honor.  Attendees from SSM and Alberici attended the ceremony which was in South East corner of 8800 Page.  The SSM tree is the first, of what we hope will be many, planted in recognition of similar long term client relationships.

During a speech by John Alberici, he succinctly made the correlation between Alberici’s relationship with SSM to the company's overall vision at 8800 Page: sustainability.  One of the key factors that sustains Alberici is our clients.  The trees planted will serve as visible reminders of how sustaining client relationships help sustain Alberici.

"I cannot tell you how much Harrah's appreciates the efforts of your company on the Horseshoe Hammond project. Your team's approach was professional, well thought out as well as executed beyond any expectations Harrah's could have envisioned.  Alberici's, "what can we do to help attitude" was huge."

"Alberici made my life so much easier on this project.  Board members are happy too.  If  we needed to make a change, it was handled seamlessly.  Communication among the project team was constant.  Alberici helped us find a way to meet our program at a budget we could afford and the result was an aesthetically pleasing, functional institution."

"As the Owner, it has been a pleasure to work with Alberici on our Custer Avenue project. Alberici's approach to this project, and its relationship with the City, can truly be described as a partnership.  There are very few firms that consider our needs with the understanding, sincerity, or commitment that Alberici has demonstrated on this project.  Alberici's solution-oriented and goal- focused site team, coupled with the ability and willingness you have to leaverage your national expertise has minimized the Owner's risk on this project.  The Alberici team has very proactively worked with the City to meet the budget constraints, beat the schedule milestones, provide a quality product, and deliver it all while maintaining a safe work environment for the on-site staff."

"Conrad is grateful for the efforts and experiences we shared with Alberici on the 4545 Lindell Project. The collaborative approach in all apsects of the project, from preconstruction through construction and to completion, coupled with the drive to insure the right actions were taken that benefited the project was truly unique and sets Alberici's performance apart from other construction companies.  Without reservation, I would highly recommend Alberici."

"It is with pleasure that I am able to speak on your and Alberici's behalf on the work that you and the Alberici team have done to date on the Arlington Water Pollution Control Project.

The complexity of the project along with the continuous coordination has not been without challenges, but your team has exceeded our expectations.  you have completed very difficult work at the plant without an interruption of our service to the community or negative impact to our permits."
